I was in a serious bind with my back. I was unable to move. I am use to my husband and daughter go in and out in a few minutes. So, I did not expect detailed care. However, they really took their time to understand what was wrong with my back and a detailed adjustment. I felt immensely better the next day. They even called to check on me the next day!
I can't speak to the quality of care, but they screwed me with a payment put on my credit card. I gifted a friend with 2 months of care. They charged a third month to my card without giving me or my friend a heads up about their policy of cancellation. They refuse to refund that payment. This is poor business and a failure to advise about their policies is inexcusable!!!

I am EXTREMELY!! please to announce that, MS.SABRINA & DR.BRAVO, EXCEEDED my expectations..I arrived in EXCRUCIATING PAIN..I was unable to concentrate long enough to complete patients intake form. Ms.Sabrina, was kind & sympathetic enough to fill it out for me.!!馃檪 Dr.Bruno took time to question in detail my pain and previous history. He then treated and explained what & why he did what he did..I am most definitely pleased with my experience
Everyone there was really nice and friendly. The wait wasn't bad at all even though they said they were a bit behind. I'm normally very nervous going to new places but the staffs friendliness made me feel at ease. I went in because my neck and shoulders were so stiff I couldn't turn my neck and left with much more mobility and only a little soreness! Still have a ways to go to a full recovery but just one treatment made a big improvement!
I had hurt my feet, both feet had previous fractures. Matt was able to lessen the tightness in both of them that first day and align my body. It will take a little time. But we are well on our way. The pain is becoming less.
My first visit was very positive, and all the staff were amazing at explaining how their program works. Pricing is very fair for the amount of visits per month you are provided. I highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic for your chiropractic needs.
